CIBC is hiring Customer Service Contact Centre Representatives / Credit Counsellors.

As a Customer Care Representative/Credit Counsellor, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients calling with questions, quickly resolving issues, identifying financial opportunities, and providing personalized credit card solutions.

• Location: North York
• Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Must be flexible to work within these hours.
