Step 5: Launch the virtual career fair
Finally, the big day is here. Congratulations!
Although you’ve already put in a lot of great work to get here, there is still work to be done today. These are a few things you may want to consider on the day of your event:
- Send out reminder emails to your exhibitors at least 2 hours in advance of the event start time, and send reminder emails to your attendees at least an hour before your event begins
- Be available at least an hour before your event in case your exhibitors have last minute questions
- Ensure your staff are available and prepared
- Be ready to support anyone who has trouble accessing the platform
Reminding everyone about the event and ensuring you are there to support anyone who needs it are crucial parts to making your event a success. Make sure to be aware of any possible issues that could occur on the day of your event, and identify the quickest way to solve them. Preparation is key.
